Confidence and Board

So, things are going pretty good on the board. I put in a motion to purchase a tape recorder in order to take accurate minutes. Once the minutes are approved at the next board meeting I will erase the recorded minutes. We are all working together as a board.

The other night we had a special meeting to inform owners that a well-know bank will be building right next to our property and using our drainage system (which we already have problems with). Certain board members are currently working with the bank and Planning and Zoning Committee to resolve any problems that may arrise in the future.

We were thanked by many owners for informing them and doing what should have been done years ago!!!!

So many friends have told me they love my daily diva emails and feel so confident and powerful. We have had conversations about beauty, and we all agree it is about CONFIDENCE.
