Annual Meeting On Wednesday

OH BOY, Wednesday is the annual meeting. I can't wait. It looks like the old board members will be voted off and new board members will be voted on. Me and my other two neighbors still have a year left on the board.

OOOOH this is so exciting, nervous, but exciting. I'm nervous because I don't put it past the managment company to try some funny business or illegal stuff. I'm nervous because I know the old board members will try some funny stuff as well. I'm excited because we get the new board gets to vote on the officials (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) after each annual meeting. I'm excited because I can't wait to have the new board voted in so we can FINALLY make all the changes necessary to increase the property value of our Condo!!!!!
